At Tractor Part Direct, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our inventory, if not denoted as not running, was a good used part removed from a running unit. We offer a 30 day start up guarantee on all Engines and Transmissions. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item under the following conditions and if they do not meet conditions for return the customer is expected to cover return costs:

  1. Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of reception of the item to return it.

  2. Conditions for Return:

    • The part must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
    • The wrong part was received.
    • The part did not function as intended.
    • The part was damaged upon arrival.
  3. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
    • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
  5. Exclusions:

    • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
    • Custom or special order items may not be eligible for return.
